Shipping & Delivery


 Shipping Rates:

Our shipping rates vary based on location, size, and rural vs urban addresses, typically ranging from $15 to $40.

Courier Services:

Orders are sent using either Aramex or NZ Post.

Delivery Timeframe:

We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 days. Any delays will be communicated to you.

Additional Shipping Costs:

Larger items such as furniture may incur extra shipping charges. Feel free to contact us for clarification and an updated quote.

Tracking Information:

You will receive tracking details via email once your order is shipped.

Communication Regarding Delays:

Should there be any delays or issues with your order, please contact us for assistance.

International Shipping:

Additional charges may apply for international orders. Please reach out to us for further details.

Delivery Address Accuracy:

Please ensure the accuracy of your delivery address to avoid any delivery complications.

Delivery Acceptance:

Upon delivery, please inspect your package for any damage or discrepancies.



Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please return it to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We accept returns only on items that are unused and in their original condition and packaging. We offer a full refund of the order amount (excluding courier costs), store credit or can arrange for an exchange.

Items purchased in-store can be returned to our store at Tarras for an exchange or store credit. Please note that we do not offer refunds for 'change of mind' unless the item is faulty and no replacement is available.

All exchanges are subject to the discretion of Mrs Robinson.

Furniture: Furniture items are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. We will only refund faulty furniture items if a replacement is unavailable.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are not covered by Mrs Robinson unless the item is faulty. 

Faulty or Damaged Items: If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please email us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We handle damaged item claims on a case-by-case basis and will work towards a satisfactory solution. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be provided. Items must show no visible signs of wear or use.
